SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to assessment of subject's pathology. System, device, as well as computer-readable medium for assessing the pathology of subject, having the possibility of realizing method includes the following: extraction of first information on physiological condition of subject from information on physiology of subject and extracting second information on emotion of subject from decision tree and from information on physiology of subject; obtaining degree of similarity of changes over time, said first extracted information and second retrieved information, and calculating a shift value from a predetermined condition in which the subject's homeostasis is maintained, which is done based on the obtained degree of similarity; modelling of change of individual's homeostasis over time by input of energy calculated by function E(K1) = sqrt(α×α+β×β+γ×γ), where E(K1) is the energy affecting the emotion of the subject; α, β and γ are shift values calculated in the calculation unit into the calculation model used to simulate the subject's homeostasis, and obtaining difference between changes over time of homeostasis, which is simulated, and changes over time of homeostasis in case the subject is healthy, and evaluating a subject's pathology according to the obtained difference.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides facilitating assessment of a subject's pathology without having special knowledge.
