Disclosed is a data collection unit for obtaining data containing at least audio information pronounced by the subject; a detector unit for sensing a subject using the obtained data; a decision unit for determining weight coefficients for the obtained data in accordance with the detected sensations of the subject; computing unit for calculating energy, which takes into account human emotions and activity, using said data and weight coefficients; several elements, each of which contains material, changing state in accordance with input energy, calculated by computing unit, and configured to output signals, each of which indicates a change in the state of the material as an indicator of homeostasis for human emotions and for activity of human organs; a detection unit for making a decision on sensations and intentions in accordance with said change in state of material, included in signals output from each of said multiple elements; and a control unit configured to perform a material state phase transition in each of said plurality of elements, when the value of material state change in at least one element of said multiple elements is less than or equal to a predetermined value or when state of material in at least one element of said multiple elements is preset state.
