FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device includes disk (toroidal) permanent magnet, for example, neodymium, connected to internal steel cylinder from one magnetic pole of magnet and with an external steel magnetic conductor from another magnetic pole of the magnet, coaxial to the inner steel cylinder and forming with the latter a cylindrical magnetic gap with uniform radial-cylindrical magnetic field, in which a single-layer coil is made from conductor with dense winding. Its ends are connected to annular electrodes located on axis of rotation of set of permanent magnet and inner and outer steel magnetic conductors. Sliding contacts are rigidly fixed on the device case.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling investigation of magnetic extrusion of free electrons from metals during their rotation in radial-cylindrical magnetic field.
