FIELD: soil or rock drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and operation of wells, namely to design of devices for opening productive formations by hydromechanical slotted perforation. Cutting assembly of hydromechanical slotted perforator made in the perforator body, driven by the piston, having the possibility of affecting the cutting section, including the retractable cutting tools in the form of disks, arranged on single levers acting as holders, one lever is fixed relative to piston, and other is relative to perforator body, wherein single-arm levers are made with possibility of interaction and movement relative to each other with extension of cutting tools in opposite sides during piston movement, cutting assembly can move retractable parts into transport position and comprises guide slot made in one-arm lever fixed relative to housing, and a tie-rod attached to a single-arm lever fixed to the piston and made with possibility of movement along the groove and providing return of the one-arm lever with a slot into the transport position at reverse movement of the piston. Cutting unit comprises additional cutting section made symmetrically relative to horizontal axis and turned in vertical plane. Additional piston is opposite installed in the lower part of the body, which interacts with the additional cutting section. Cutting section and the additional cutting section are turned at an angle around the axis of the perforator and shifted vertically relative to each other from the condition of overlapping of the dead zone of perforation. One-arm levers are made in the form of sectors with possibility of interaction along conjugated circular arcs.
EFFECT: reduced perforation dead zone, symmetrical load on perforator parts, which increases productivity of perforator.
