FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crane operator equipment of cranes and manipulators. Lifting mechanism of a manipulator arm contains a hydraulic cylinder lift, which is pivotally attached to the column and arm through rollers, having the possibility of rolling in the guide columns and arrows, and rigidly connected at right angle to the rod, having the rotation axis coinciding with the axis of the hinge connecting the column and arm. Length of the rod is equal to the length of the arm force on the rod at the optimum position of the hydraulic cylinder. Roller, enclosed in the guides mounted on the column, is pivotally connected to the rod of an additional hydraulic cylinder, rod and piston cavities of which are connected with the corresponding cavities of the arm lift cylinder and are connected in parallel by means of hydraulic lines to a distributor. Curved guides fixed on the column are made around a circle whose center coincides with the axis of the articulated joint of the arm and rotary column, and the radius of the circle is determined by the formula.
EFFECT: arm is raised to a given angle at a constant angular velocity with minimal force on the rod, the possibility of a roller jamming in the lower position of the arm is excluded, what allows to increase reliability and to expand technological capabilities of the crane operator equipment of load-lifting cranes and manipulators.
