Method of assessing thermal comfort in the premises consists in determining the parameters of thermal comfort, which take into account comfortable microclimatic parameters and personal parameters, including the metabolism and characteristics of clothes, for this purpose, for each class of premises, isocomfort microclimatic parameters corresponding to a given level of thermal comfort are determined, after which the equivalent comfortable temperature is calculated, then the obtained values of the equivalent comfortable temperature are approximated in the form of design expressions for each class of premises on the following scale:
