FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in construction and reconstruction of civil buildings located in different climatic regions. Window climatic unit comprises a box with external and internal holes, installed in a window opening with window flaps, wherein the box is located outside the lower/upper horizontal profile of the window frame, is removable, on the outer and inner surfaces of the box there are decorative grates, and inside – longitudinal and transverse partitions with holes with dampers, dividing the box into compartments, in which removable coarse and fine filters, a fan, bactericidal lamps, ozonisers, heater, humidifiers, heat exchanger-recuperator, as well as interconnected compressor, condenser with fan and evaporator with fan, wherein there are indoor microclimate parameters measuring units and microclimate setting unit, outputs of which are connected through a computer to ozonisers, a heater, humidifiers, an air conditioner and a heat exchanger-recuperator, wherein the box is equipped with a device for its fastening and a seal for tight coupling with the window opening and the window frame.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing comfortable microclimatic conditions in a room all year round; an additional advantage of the window climatic installation is the flexibility of changing the consumer properties of the installation depending on the desires of the tenants.
