FIELD: aerospace engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering, in particular, to valves with destructible locking element. Pyro-valve consists of a housing with inlet and outlet fittings of a working medium supply channel, pyro-cartridge with a control dome, piston, placed in the channel housing. Housing is made in the form of a pipe with a side outlet, on one side of which there is an outlet fitting with an internal bore with a mouthpiece in the form of a cone, on the other side a fixing socket is hermetically mounted, and an inlet fitting is installed on the side of the side outlet. Piston is tightly installed in the channel of the housing after the mouthpiece with the possibility of overlapping the side outlet, and after a lateral retraction in the channel of the housing, a narrowing is made and a guide nut is installed, resting on the end formed by narrowing the channel of the housing. Next, in the housing there is a fitting with an installed pyro-cartridge with a control cavity connected to the channel of the housing, overlapped by the piston rod, and opposite the pyro-cartridge a shear screw holding the piston is installed. Piston head has the shape of a truncated cone, and the fixing seat is made in the form of a cone with damping elastic ribs, angle at the cone apex on the piston head is less than the angle at the cone apex in the fixing seat, but the largest diameter of the cross-section of the piston head tip is larger than the smaller diameter of the fixing seat.

EFFECT: technical result of the proposed device is to ensure guaranteed tightness of a pyro-valve after activation of a pyro-means by ensuring high reliability of the conical part of a piston jamming in the cone of a fixing seat and preventing the piston from returning to its initial position.
