FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the design of aircraft fuel systems. In the method, a system for circulating fuel in an aircraft comprises admission line (4), exhaust line (5) and at least one diaphragm pump (1). Pump (1) contains cylindrical body (2) of the pump defining a cylindrical chamber, into which admission line (4) and exhaust line (5) coaxial with pump body (2) open, a diaphragm with a wave-like motion containing a central orifice and opening into the cylindrical chamber between the bottom flange and the top flange. Said diaphragm can make a wave-like motion under the action of drive means to circulate the fuel between admission line (4) of pump (1) and exhaust line (5) of pump (1).
EFFECT: high efficiency and insensitivity to cavitation.
