SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermoplastic composite material in a papermaking machine. Said method includes the steps of: forming an aqueous fibre material suspension; bringing said fibre suspension in contact with at least one additive, as a result of which an intermediate suspension is formed; and introducing the thermoplastic material in the intermediate suspension, resulting in a thermoplastic composite material. Moreover, the additive reacts with the formation of a deposition product on the surface or in the volume of fibres. In this case, the fibre of the fibre material is an organic fibre, such as natural lignocellulosic fibre, wood fibre, bleached kraft fibre, dissolving cellulose fibre, microfibrillated cellulose fibre.
EFFECT: reduced contact between the fibres, thus preventing the formation of strong bonds between the fibres and / or flocculation in the composite material or intermediate product, as well as improving the dewatering and dispensing of fillers in the composite material.
