FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to admixing of flows to process fluid flow. This process allows process fluid to flow in straight-through pipeline acting as flow reactor with reaction zone. This reactor is equipped with electrical device composed of at least one rod-like electrode arranged inside said reactor and one or more electrodes isolated from said rod-like electrode and arranged at inner surface of said pipeline and at least one injection mixer and/or injection mixing station. This method comprises feed and admixing of said at least one chemical substance to said process fluid in straight-through reactor. It prevents sedimentation of substances on reactor walls or those of devices connected therewith. Said electrodes are connected to voltage source/control system. Control system is arranged so that polarity of two electrodes is varied to keep electrodes clean.
EFFECT: ruled out sedimentation of reactor walls.
