FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: three-stage gearbox consists of the housing, in which the first, second and third stages wave gears are placed. Each of the stags consists of the input shaft having two eccentrically arranged cylindrical surfaces with oppositely directed eccentricities and located on cylindrical surfaces rolling bearings, and one rolling journal bearing, the first stage separator, covering the first stage separator bushing, having internal epicyclic surfaces, which number is equal to the located in the first stage separator rolling bodies rows number, number of the rolling bodies rows is determined by the number of eccentrically arranged cylindrical surfaces with needle rolling bearings, between the output shaft and the housing there is a radial-thrust bearing with intersecting rollers. First stage separator is fixedly mounted on the second stage separator, the second stage separator is fixedly mounted on the third stage separator, and the third stage separator is fixedly mounted on the gearbox housing right side. Three-stage wave transmission gear ratio is in the range of 216–18,000 with the input shaft rotation frequency in the range of 1,500–40,000 rpm.
EFFECT: enabling reduction in the attached to the input shaft rotating parts inertia, and increase in the gearbox manufacturability.
