FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Two-stage reduction gear includes wave transmission of the first stage with input shaft having two eccentrically located cylindrical surfaces with opposite directed eccentricities and with rolling bearings (RB) on them and one support RB, first stage separator, first stage separator bushing having inner epicyclic surfaces, the number of which is equal to the number of rolling bodies located in the first stage separator, as well as cylindrical surfaces on the bushing with PCs located on them, and radial PC on the left end of the bushing, separator of the second stage with installed in it rows of rolling bodies, output shaft installed in bearings in the housing of the reduction gear. Separator of the second stage is fixed on the right part of the housing; output shaft of the reducer is a bushing enclosing the separator of the second stage and having internal epicyclic surfaces. Between output shaft and housing there is a radial-thrust bearing with crossed rollers. Radial PC installed on the left ends of input shaft of separators of the first stage and bushings create rigid support system for parts of reduction gear, excluding their vibration during operation, which could be caused by oscillating processes in wave transmissions.
EFFECT: reduced inertia of rotating parts connected to the input shaft, and improved manufacturability of the reduction gear.
