SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improvement of acoustic conditions and illumination level of rooms. Sound-dispersing design is made in the form of a parallelepiped. Four of its faces are represented by side walls (1) – top, bottom, right and left. Front and rear faces are absent or can be presented from the front with an acoustic tissue behind the back cover. Between the right and left and / or upper and lower side walls (1) there are ribs (2) parallel to them. Between four surfaces, which are ribs (2) or ribs (2) and side walls (1) are located face panels (3), made of optically transparent materials (natural or synthetic), completely or partially transmitting light. Number of face panels (3) must be not less than three. Not less than a third of them should be located at a different distance relative to the front face of the parallelepiped. Behind face panels (3) there is light source (4).

EFFECT: use and combination of various amounts of articles of present invention improves acoustic characteristics and room illumination.
