FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a hydraulic binder, comprising, in weight percent: from 17 to 55 % of Portland cement, particles of which have D50 from 2 to 11 mcm; at least 5 % silica fume; from 36 to 70 % mineral additive A1, particles of which have D50 of 15 to 150 microns; where the sum of said percentages ranges from 80 to 100 %; the sum of the percentage content of cement and silica fume is more than 28 %; mineral additive A1 is selected from slags, pozzolanic additives or siliceous additives such as quartz, mineral additives from siliceous limestone, limestone additives such as calcium carbonate, or mixtures thereof. Invention also relates to a mixture containing said hydraulic binder and sand, to a hydraulic composition containing said mixture and water. In addition, the invention relates to a shaped article for the construction industry, comprising said hydraulic binder or said mixture of hydraulic binder and sand. EFFECT: obtaining ultrahigh-performance concrete and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
