FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: cementing binder contains hydraulic binder in amount of 50 to 80 wt. % of weight of cementing binder; first material based on silicon dioxide in amount of 0.5 to 35 wt. % of weight of cementing binder, wherein the first silica-based material has a weight ratio of (SiO2)/(Al2O3) greater than 2.5; second material based on silicon dioxide in amount of 10 to 25 wt. % of weight of cementing binder, wherein second material based on silicon dioxide is different from first material based on silicon dioxide and has (a) a weight ratio of (SiO2)/(Al2O3) greater than 10 and (b) a BET specific surface area of more than 5 m2/g; and aluminium-based material in amount of 0 to 10 wt. % of weight of cementing binder, having weight ratio (SiO2)/(Al2O3) of less than 2.5, where 0.09 < AlEFF/(AlEFF + Si EFF) < 0.28, where AlEFF = molar content of aluminium in the hydraulic binder and SiEFF = molar content of silicon dioxide in the first silica-based material for particles having a size of less than 3 mcm, + molar content of silicon dioxide in the second material based on silicon dioxide. Invention also relates to cementing setting composition and to method of cementing.

EFFECT: technical result is improved physical and mechanical properties of cementing binder and cementing compositions used at low and high temperatures using said binder.
