SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the having a manifold beam with a lower flange, made with a conical shell aluminum reduction cell automated power supply systems punch. Punch includes housing, connected to the housing pneumatic cylinder with a rod and the sealing unit. Sealing unit contains a sleeve, a fixed in the sleeve upper part and made with an annular groove along the inner surface flange, fixed in the sleeve lower part guide bushing, placed in the flange annular groove sealing ring, a heat-resistant sealing element fixed on the sleeve outer surface between the flange and the guide bushing, and mounted on the punch body surface with possibility of moving along the punch body up to the stop against the collector beam lower flange conical shell inner surface with provision of sealing.

EFFECT: enabling the gap between the collector beam and the punch hermetic sealing during the punch body vertical movement during its adjustment.
