FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is directed to the creation of a method of monolithic concreting by the method of 3D printing with reinforcement with continuous and discrete reinforcement. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of construction of a monolithic building, construction by the method of 3D printing, including the preparation of concrete mix, squeezing it in the form of a plastic filament through the dispenser head of the printer and layer-by-layer stacking in the design position, in the process of laying the concrete mix, the flexible reinforcing elements are positioned into the filament body at the same time using the feeder in the form of twisted or braided reinforcing ropes of polymeric or mineral fibers for continuous and/or discrete reinforcement of the concrete mix. Device for implementing the method includes a 3D printing printer with a dispensing head for layering the filament of the concrete mixture in a design position, connected with the preparation and supply of concrete mix, and additionally equipped with a cable fitting assembly connected to the dispensing head with the possibility of positioning the ropes in the filaments of the concrete mix during installation thereof in the design position.
EFFECT: invention is directed to the creation of a method of monolithic concreting by the method of 3D printing with reinforcement with continuous and discrete reinforcement.
