SUBSTANCE: universal pneumatic scarifier contains two loading bins with dispensers, fan for feeding a uniform flow of seeds from the dispensers using air, scarifying surface, receiving bin with a discharge neck, system for supplying a working fluid. Latter is connected to a pneumatic line through a sprayer. Scarifying surface is made in the form of a screw plate covered with corundum abrasive material. In this case, the bending of the scarifying surface is made in such a way that the inclination angle of the surface to the direction of seeds movement in the pneumatic line has equal values in all areas. Number of screw plates installed in the pneumatic line may be more than one.

EFFECT: invention provides high productivity and improves the quality of seed treatment of various crops.
