SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for pre-sowing treatment of seeds with a hard waterproof shell. The scarifier contains a hopper with an adjustable damper and a seed tube, a housing inside which there is a scarifying rotor, above which an abrasive surface is attached, a conical guide and a spreading rotor, an aspiration system fan with air ducts, a tank for biological products with a sprayer, an unloading window. The scarifying rotor is made in the form of a conical disk with a concave side up, on which blades adjustable with respect to the radius are installed. The abrasive surface in the form of an annular disk in the lower part is made in the form of a concave surface of double curvature formed by the intersection of the annular disk with a closed self-contacting torus. The diameter of the guide circle of the torus is equal to the diameter of the average circumference of the annular disk, and the diameter of the scarifying rotor d_sr is equal to the inner diameter of the annular disk d_d.
