FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the food industry, in particular to the dairy industry. Inventions are represented by variants. Beverage according to the first variant contains an extract obtained by mixing milk whey and ground parboiled squeezings of hips, cowberry and magnolia-vine berries taken in equal proportions in an amount of 30.0 % to the mass of the whey extract of plant raw materials, blend of berry juice of cranberries, magnolia-vine and apple juice in a ratio of 1:3:2, honey lime and lactulose, with the following ratio of components to the whey extract of plant raw materials, mass%: blend of juices 15.0; lactulose 0.4; white honey 5–7; aspartame and potassium acesulfate 0.01. Beverage in the second variant, instead of blending of berry juices contains the juice of magnolia-vine berries in the amount claimed. In the third variant, instead of blending the berry juices, the beverage contains the juice of the berries of cranberries in the declared quantity and does not contain honey.
EFFECT: inventions allow to increase the biological and nutritional value of the beverage, improve its organoleptic and physicochemical quality indicators and increase the storage time.
