FIELD: municipal services.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mounted brushes of a communal road machine. Sweeping unit of the municipal road machine includes a swivel support mounted on the frame of the machine so that it can be rotated in the horizontal plane, and a brush unit with a cylindrical brush-holding body. Housing is pivotally mounted on a pivot bearing with the possibility of moving in a vertical plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cylindrical brush with a hydraulic cylinder mounted on the pivot bearing and swing in a vertical plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the cylindrical brush. Brushing device includes at least one hydraulic motor mounted in the housing of the brushing device, and two coaxial cylindrical brushes, each with a brush shaft mounted on a supporting shaft rotated by the hydraulic motor mounted in the housing. Swivel bearing is made with a horizontally elongated bracket, and the housing of the brushing device is made elongated in the direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the cylindrical brushes, pivotally mounted at its end on the horizontal support arm of the swivel support and located under the rotary support.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the size of the vehicle on which the sweeping unit with a brushing device is installed, reducing the time for replacing the brush disks, as well as improving the quality of cleaning and eliminating the uneven wear of the cylindrical brush.
