FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of municipal machine building, namely to the equipment for the roadway and sidewalks sweeping in settlements. Sweeper comprises garbage collection element, dust collection element, drive element and hopper of trapezoidal shape in longitudinal section, installed on cargo platform of vehicle chassis, element for garbage collection in the form of elevator with discharge shield installed in its upper part. Machine includes conveyor belt with installed on its outer surface perpendicular to its longitudinal axis at equal distance from each other with pile scrapers and two perforated belts arranged parallel to longitudinal axis of conveyor belt at a distance from its nearest edge. Machine comprises two sidewalls fixed to each other to form a bearing box, top and bottom covers arranged parallel to side, bottom and top surfaces of elevator and discharge deflector at distances from them, providing free movement of conveyor belt with fleecy scrapers. Also, the machine has an upper and two lower guides arranged in the inner cavity of the elevator and the discharge shield between the ascending and descending sections of the conveyor belt in parallel to the upper and lower covers and rigidly attached to the sides, and two toothed carriages rigidly fixed on the carriage shaft on the same line with each of the perforated belts. Machine comprises arched spring-loaded curtain with radius equal to that of toothed carriage increased by height of fleecy scraper and provided with two rollers. Each fleecy scraper has a length equal to the width of the conveyor belt equipped with L-shaped bars, in which the ends of the horizontal parts face the nearest sidewall and are equipped with rollers resting on the upper surfaces of the upper and lower guides. Vertical parts of the rods pass through the conveyor belt perpendicular to its surface and are fixed in pairs to the lower part of each fleecy scraper at an equal distance from the nearest edges of the fleecy scraper and the longitudinal axis of the nearest perforated belt. Besides, each lower guide has a width at which its free end is located at a distance from the rods equal to the thickness of their vertical parts. In the discharge shield at the end of each lower guide, as well as on the end of the upper guide the tensioning drums are movably fixed on the supports with provision of the possibility of free movement of the rods with rollers between the ends of the lower and upper guides with the tensioning drums. Dust collection element includes a cylindrical brush, two exhaust domes installed above it with a shield attached to them, an air compressor, ejector with two mixing chambers, garbage accumulation chamber filled with water to approximately 2/3 of its volume, two exhaust pipes, each of which is connected by its lower end to upper part of exhaust dome, and by its upper end — to mixing chamber located above it. Also, the dust collection element comprises a pressure air hose connected by its ends to the air compressor and to the middle part of the ejector, two inlet hoses, each of which is connected by its ends to the end part of the ejector and to the lower part of the garbage collection chamber, two outlet air hoses, the upper end of each of which is connected to the upper point of the garbage collection chamber, and the lower end is fixed between the spring-loaded curtain and the cylindrical brush approximately on the same horizontal plane with the lower end part of the spring-loaded curtain. Drive element includes two bearing casings rigidly attached to the sides of the bearing box of the garbage collection element, in which the drive shaft is movably fixed with two drive wheels fixed on its ends, a carriage and brush shafts, as well as two camshafts, movably connected to them by means of conical gear links. At the same time conical gear links of gears fixed in shafts are made with possibility of driving and carriage shafts rotation in one direction, and driving and brush shafts — in opposite directions. In the inner cavity of the garbage collection chamber, at the connection point of the outlet air hose, a baffle plate is installed, having an arched shape in the longitudinal section and rigidly attached by one end to the upper part of the shell of the garbage collection chamber, and in the lower side part of the garbage collection chamber there is a drain branch pipe with a shut-off valve.

EFFECT: reduction of negative impact on the environment during the cleaning process by minimizing the loss of garbage and dust collected from the surfaces of the coatings of streets and sidewalks, as well as minimization of volumes of garbage and dust entering the environment during operation of the machine.
