SUBSTANCE: chemical recovery boiler, includes a firebox containing a front wall, a rear wall containing a clamp, at least one superheater, located at the top of the furnace, the chemical recovery boiler additionally includes a screen pipe system comprising a sloped section of the screen pipes, placed in front of/under at least one superheater in the firebox, the obliquely disposed section of the screen tubes contains screen tubes that rise: either from the front wall to the rear wall and rotated backwards cornering from the rear wall and passing obliquely upward from the rear wall, or from the rear wall to the front wall and made with the possibility of turning backward at a turn from the front wall and passing obliquely upwards from the front wall, and the system of screen tubes further comprises a vertically positioned section of the screen tubes extending from an inclined section of the screen tubes. In this case, the screen tubes of the vertically disposed section of the screen tubes are arranged to extend in parallel with at least one superheater in the upper part of the furnace, obliquely located section of the screen tubes is made with the possibility of passing through the wall so that the turn is located outside the furnace.
EFFECT: chemical recovery boiler is proposed.
