FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmic material science, particularly to compositions for making passive thermoregulation of "true absorber" ("TA") class. Enamel composition for making a thermal control coating contains an amide-containing acrylic resin as a binder, as a solvent mixture of xylene and butyl alcohol, as filler black heat-resistant pigment, carbonyl nickel, additionally zinc oxide particles with size of 6.1±1.1 mcm with rod diameter in "flower" of 560±180 nm or particles of zinc oxide with rod diameter of 210±90 nm and length of 2.5±0.6 mcm, with following ratio of components , weight parts: amide-containing acrylic resin 1.00–1.10, black heat-resistant pigment 1.86-1.90, carbonyl nickel 0.30–0.40, zinc oxide particles 0.01–0.1, mixture of xylene and butyl alcohol to working viscosity.
EFFECT: increasing absorption coefficients of solar radiation αs and heat radiation ε TCC class "TA", while maintaining adhesion of coating to substrate material at level of 1 point according to requirements of GOST 15140.
