FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a heart rate monitor using an accelerometer to detect the subject's pulse. Pulse meter for detecting the subject’s pulse in accordance with the method comprises: base, the base is made with the possibility of the location of the respective vertical axes (Zr) and (Zl) of accelerometers (41R) and (41L) perpendicular to the body surface of the subject and the location of the corresponding longitudinal axes (Xr) and (Xl) and corresponding transverse axes (Yr) and (Yl) of accelerometers (41R) and (41L) parallel to the body surface of the subject, multi-axis accelerometers (41R, 41L) attached to the base for generating signals (Azr, Azl) of different modes, reflecting the measurement of accelerometers of the physiological movement of the subject, generated by the circulatory system, relative to the axes (42R, 42L) of the acceleration measurement for generating signals (Axr, Axl, Ayr, Ayl) of general mode, reflecting the measurement of accelerometers (41R, 41L) extraneous movement of the subject, characterizing the movement of the body or part of the body of the subject, arising from the application of force, the source of which is foreign to the body, relative to the axes (42R, 42L) of the measurement of acceleration, and the base contains a nasal clamp, configured to install accelerometers (41R, 41L) on the subject's nose, the nose clip additionally includes a swiveling nose clip, structurally designed to attach accelerometers (41R, 41L) to the right and left sides of the nose of the subject, the nasal bone located below firmly supports the angular orientation of accelerometers (41R, 41L) relative to each other and relative to the nose; and a pulse detector functionally connected to multi-axis accelerometers (41R, 41L) to generate a pulse signal (PS) as a function of the vertical orientation of the axes (42R, 42L) of the acceleration measurement by summing the signals (Azr, Azl) of different modes and delete signals (Axr, Axl, Ayr, Ayl) of common mode, with the possibility of using gravity acceleration vectors along the axes (42R) and (42L) XYZ for determining the angle between accelerometers (41R) and (41L) or relative to individual base axes. Device for cardiac therapy contains: heart rate monitor and a pulse monitor, functionally connected to a pulse detector for monitoring the subject's pulse in response to a pulse signal (PS).
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for detecting the subject's pulse in the motion disturbances arising due to extraneous movement of the subject, characterizing the movement of the body or part of the body of the subject, resulting from the application of force, the source of which is foreign to the body.
