SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, more specifically to the technology of sports medicine, in particular to systems and devices for remote monitoring of the physiological parameters of the human body. System for monitoring physiological parameters of athletes contains trainer computer (6), central computer (7), database (8) on central computer (7), main (1) sensor module, equipment (2, 3) with an integrated or connectable main (1) touch module and radio repeaters (5). Main (1) sensor module contains microcontrollers, memory on electronic media, autonomous power supply elements, means of wireless data transmission for communication with trainer's computer (6), as well as sensors measuring electrocardiogram, heart rate, frequency and volume of respiratory movements, skin surface temperature, activity level and postural position. Equipment is a belt or a jersey for fixing main (1) sensor module on the athlete’s body and contains means for fixing connected main (1) sensor modules, electrodes (4) for ensuring direct contact with the surface areas of the athlete’s skin surface, electrical wires and contacts for connecting electrodes (4) to the sensors of main (1) sensor module. Main (1) sensor module contains navigation tools, a galvanic skin response sensor and a data pre-processing module from a temperature sensor using extrapolation methods. Preprocessing module contains a differentiator, a selector of the sign of the temperature derivative with respect to time, the first and second multipliers, and an adder.
