SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analogue microelectronics and can be used in analogue interfaces and signal conversion devices, including those operating in the low temperature range and penetrating radiation. Multichannel high-speed operational amplifier (OA) comprises device differential inputs, device current outputs, input transistors, current-stabilizing dipoles, power supply bus, bias voltage source, emitters, headers, correcting capacitor, current mirrors, output transistors, additional bias voltage source, additional p-n junctions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of maximum rate of increase of output voltage of OA with double "bent" cascode, inclusive during operation of input transistors of OA in microcurrent mode, id est with low power consumption.
