SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analogue microelectronics and can be used in analog interfaces and signal-conversion equipment, including those operating in the low temperature range. Fast-acting differential operating amplifier for operation at low temperatures contains the first (1) and second (2) fet inputs, the first (4), the second (6) and the third (9) current-stabilizing two-poles, the first (5) and the second (8) output transistors, the third (10) and fourth (11) fet inputs, the first (12) and the second (13) current amplifiers, output transducer current-voltage (16), and also comprises the first (18) and the second (21) additional current-stabilizing two-poles, the first (19) and the second (20) additional transistors, additional balancing capacitor (22).

EFFECT: technical result is to increase in the output voltage increase maximum rate when operating input transistors of operational amplifier with microampere static currents (1÷10 mcA).
