SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment. Proposed operational amplifier, which contains four input transistors, a first one-port device connected between the first bus and the emitters of the second and fourth transistors, a second one-port device connected between the second bus and the emitters of the first and third transistors, first current mirror, the input of which is connected to the collector of the third transistor, and the output is connected to the input of the buffer amplifier and the first correction capacitor, second current mirror, the input of which is connected to the collector of the fourth transistor, and the output is connected to the input of the buffer amplifier, the output of which is the output of the device. Emitters of the second and fourth transistors are connected to the first current mirror through the second correction capacitor, and the emitters of the first and third transistors are connected to the second current mirror through the third correction capacitor.
EFFECT: increase in the rate of increase in the output voltage and decrease in the time of establishment of a transient process.
