FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. Damping device contains a combination of two coaxially arranged cylindrical metal bushings: external and internal, with a resilient damping element from polyurethane pressed between them. Coupling sites with bushings are made rounded. Circular grooves and channels are made in the form of closed cavity in an elastic element. Closed cavity of the channel adjoins the outer surface of the internal metal bushing and is made annular with possibility of heat removal along this channel. Additional thin channels of output to the external exposed surface of the resilient damping element extend from the closed annular cavity.
EFFECT: higher long-term strength of a bushing structure, wider range of damping of impact loads, as well as saving material of a resilient polyurethane structural element.
