SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sampling of gas condensate, samples of liquefied hydrocarbon gas and samples of wide fraction of light hydrocarbons under excessive pressure of natural vapors, in sampling devices in systems for sampling a product, in systems for processing oil and gas raw material pumped through pipelines, where high accuracy of determining parameters of pumped products is required. Permanent pressure vessel with agitator comprises chamber with product 3 and chamber with inert gas 4, separated by floating piston 2, is equipped with vane mixing device 5, comprising vane mixer 6 with external unit 20 of plate permanent magnets 21, with drive 7 arranged in cavity 24 of branch pipe 25, hermetically separating chamber with inert gas 4 and chamber with product 3 from ambient medium, fixed on cover 13 of chamber with inert gas 4 and passing through floating piston 2 and cover 8 chamber with product 3. Drive 7 consists of twisted strip 37 with twisting pitch providing helix line elevation angle exceeding permissible angle of self-braking, and guide bush 38 with guide pins 39 and 40, interacting with twisted strip 37 and forming self-braking screw pair. To twisted strip 37 there is internal unit 22 of plate permanent magnets 23 and a freely rotating handle 52. Reciprocating action on the handle of the drive performs rotary and reciprocal movement of vane mixer 6.

EFFECT: invention simplifies design of the device and improves quality of product mixing.
