SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for producing nanostructured composite multifunctional coatings from a shape memory material. Plant comprises vacuum chamber with vacuum pump, two magnetrons and source for ion implantation of metals, gas-flame burner, mechanism for feeding powder material with shape memory into gas-flame burner, pyrometer for measuring the temperature of the processed part, a process module for ion cleaning of the processed part, a step-down transformer, a control device, a surface-plastic deformation press with a clamping mechanism for securing the part, device for cooling of part surface, gas cylinder with inert gas for creation of inert atmosphere in vacuum chamber with pressure of 2–4 bar, additional gas cylinder with argon with reduction gear, nozzle for supply of inert gas into chamber, flexible hose and adjustable vent branch and pressure gauge. Diffusion pump is attached to the frame and is connected to the vacuum chamber housing. Powder dispenser – mechanical activator with metal mixer interconnected with electric motor, is rigidly fixed in casing for cooling. Dispenser – mechanical activator is connected by means of powder transfer line with SME with gas-flame burner. Metal sieve has the hole size of 5 mcm. Dispenser – mechanical activator is connected to a gas cylinder with an inert gas, with a diffusion pump and through a vacuum hose is communicated with a vacuum pump.
EFFECT: technical result is longer service life of plant.
