FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beekeeping, namely, to the receiving of fetal queen bees. Method of obtaining the fetal queen bee using the nucleus is that the sexually mature barren queen bee before and after mating flights are contained in the nest of an battery-free family on a honeycomb with bees in a single-frame mesh insulator, which is mating from 12 to 18 hours on sunny days with temperature air 20–30 °C moved to the box. This box is installed on the site away from the apiary, while opening the entrance and the queen bee flies for mating. After the notches are closed, the mesh insulator is returned to the family and similar cycles are performed up to 6 times, setting the box to the same place.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a greater number of high-quality queen bees in a short time.
