FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for using in agriculture, industrial beekeeping based on the artificial insemination of the queen bees for creating of the non-swarm bee families. Method is that a virgin swarm queen bee is bred artificially in several stages. At first the physiological ballast liquid is inserted into a virgin swarm queen bee, then the semen from one tribal male-bee is inserted to obtain the genetically homogeneous fertilised eggs and females-daughters are removed in order to get genetically homogeneous male-bees. Use of male-bees' sperm allows to get inseminated queen-bee, whose families are not inclined to make a swarm.
EFFECT: obtaining of highly efficient method of non-swarm honey bee families and brood with a known pedigree.
