FIELD: reinforcement bars production.
SUBSTANCE: composite reinforcement bars contain the basalt or glass roving bearing rod and impregnated with the binder high modulus fibers, including epoxy diane resin, hardener, plasticizer with addition of the carbon nanocomposite, containing multi-layered carbon nanotubes in the amount of at least 45–50 % of its weight, formed by brown peat moss pyrolysis with the pyrolysis products mechanical activation for at least 8 hours. Carbon nanocomposite content in % of the epoxy diane resin volume depends on the bearing rod diameter. With the bearing rod diameter of 6 mm, the carbon nanocomposite content is 0.3–0.4 %, with the bearing rod diameter of 8 mm the carbon nanocomposite content is 0.4–0.5 %, with the bearing rod diameter of 10 mm, the carbon nanocomposite content is 0.5–0.6 %, with the bearing rod diameter of 12 mm the carbon nanocomposite content is 0.6–0.7%,with the bearing rod diameter of 14 mm, the carbon nanocomposite content is 0.7–0.8 %, with the bearing rod diameter of 16 mm the carbon nanocomposite content is 0.8–0.9%, wherein with the bearing rod diameter equal to and greater than 20 mm, the carbon nanocomposite content is 1.00 %.
EFFECT: invention enables the nanocomposite efficient consumption depending on the produced reinforcement bars diameter, thus providing the possibility of reinforcement bars production with the elastic modulus of the ER=200,000 MPa order with the nanomaterial reduced consumption.
