FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing composite reinforcement. Proposed method of producing composite reinforcement consists in that rovings contained in bobbins are directed into profiling machine where they are twisted together around axis into single bundle. Bundle is directed into an impregnation bath, where it is impregnated with a mixture of a polymer binder and a hardener. Impregnated bundle is directed into a finishing agent, where excess mixture of polymer binder and hardener is removed. Reinforcement profile is directed into twisting device. Then twisted profile of reinforcement is directed into cutting machine containing supports, on which carriages and cutting devices are mounted; at that, spinneret is mounted on one of carriages. End of the twisted profile of the reinforcement is passed through a carriage containing a spinneret, and then through a spinneret, after which the end of the twisted profile of the reinforcement is fixed in the carriage without a spinneret. Then, the twisted profile of the reinforcement is drawn through the spinneret by moving the carriages along the support, and the stretched profile of the reinforcement is cut by the cutting device, thus forming the reinforcement rods of the specified length. Reinforcement bars are moved into plastification chamber by means of conveyors and placed on heated conveyor mounted inside plastification chamber. Then polymer binder with hardener is polymerized by means of their heating, moving reinforcement rods to receiving tray. Creel, the profiler, the impregnating bath, the finishing remover, the twisting device, the cutting machine, the conveyors and the plastification chamber are installed in a technological sequence. Conveyors are located above the cutting machine and are mounted on the guides of the conveyors, and are made with possibility of movement along these guides.

EFFECT: reduced probability of inclusions in the form of air bubbles during production of composite reinforcement.
