FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the oil and gas industry. Gas-pumping unit (GPU) comprises sequentially communicated along the working body air intake path, gas turbine plant with inlet device for air supply from the air suction chamber to the inlet of gas turbine engine, gas-discharge circuit communicated via gas duct with exhaust gas pipeline of GPU and exhaust pipe, as well as gas compressor. Exhaust pipe is communicated with heat exchanger. Duct is made in the form of a pipe, including the main horizontal and transition sections. First transition section is inclined, with rectangular section at the inlet and has a housing shape, transforming along the length to the circle at the output in the plane of conjugation with the second section, which is a curvilinear branch, creating an angle βp.t. turning the gas duct pipe and communicating with the third section. Main section is made with a composite cross-section of the flow part and is framed at the ends with mirror-like third and fourth sections of variable shape. Main section of the gas duct is formed of two lateral circular arcs connected by flat rectilinear inserts. In this case, the main and transition sections are made in compliance with the condition of equality of the cross-sectional areas of the flow part. Exhaust pipe of GPU includes support unit, receiving chamber, noise suppression unit, confusor and mine gas duct. Each section of noise suppression unit is equipped with at least three noise suppression elements made each in the form of tetrahedron turned upside down with two rectangular faces and base. Noise suppression element base is detached by rod carcass. Edge between faces is made with length commensurate with height of noise-canceling section. Set of elements of noise suppression in section is made with screw displacement relative to previous section.
EFFECT: improving reliability, efficiency and service life of gas-pumping unit due to improvement of structural, aerodynamic and power parameters of components of gas-discharge circuit.
