FIELD: gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to purify the exhaust gases of a gas pumping unit by selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) to established environmental indicators. The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system of nitrogen oxides (NOx) includes a reagent supply unit, a mixing apparatus, and a catalytic module. The reagent supply unit for the reduction of nitrogen oxides is made in the form of a heated block box. The mixing device is a cylindrical vessel equipped with an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe and a pipeline. Through the inlet pipe, exhaust gases are supplied from the fan of the gas pumping unit (GPA) to the mixing apparatus. A mixture of exhaust gases with a reagent for the reduction of nitrogen oxides is discharged through the outlet pipe. A part of the exhaust gas flow mixed with a reagent for the reduction of nitrogen oxides is discharged through the pipeline. In the upper part of the mixing apparatus there is a nozzle, which is made with the possibility of fine atomization of the reagent for the reduction of nitrogen oxides. The nozzle is connected by means of a heat-insulated pipeline, which is equipped with electric heating, with a reagent supply unit for the reduction of nitrogen oxides. The catalytic module consists of input lower and output upper parts and a catalyst located between these parts. The input lower part is made in the form of a diffuser, the output upper part is in the form of a confusor. In the lower part of the confusor there are holes for the discharge to the gas analyzer of a part of the gas flow coming out after the catalyst. A distribution grid is located at the entrance to the diffuser. Also in the diffuser, sequentially along the course of the exhaust gas flow through it, a perforated sheet and a distribution grid are horizontally arranged. The distribution grid consists of pipes, the cavities of which are interconnected by means of a distribution manifold. Moreover, many through holes are made on the lower surface of each of the pipes. The distribution manifold is equipped with an inlet pipe connected to a pipeline for removing part of the exhaust gas flow mixed with a reagent for the reduction of nitrogen oxides from the mixing apparatus.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of cleaning the exhaust gases of the gas pumping unit by selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) by improving the quality of the process of spraying the reagent solution.
