FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for stabilizing the differential pressure between sealing oil and gas in a sealing system of centrifugal superchargers of gas pumping units. Device comprises a housing, an upper cover, a lower cover, a piston with at least one gasket sealing oil, one gas gasket and a guide tape. Upper and lower covers are provided with fittings, and the piston is arranged to move linearly between the upper position, in which when the pressure of the oil seal, the value of which exceeds the value of the gas pressure in the cavity of the centrifugal supercharger, the piston is in contact with the upper cover of the hydraulic cylinder when filling the hydraulic cylinder with seal oil and the lower position, in which the piston moves under the influence of gas pressure in case of an emergency drop in pressure drop between the seal oil and gas, thus displacing the seal oil into the seal oil manifold. Device contains a control regulator that provides the value of the pressure drop between the seal oil and the gas in the range of values more than the alarm and less than the warning set point.
EFFECT: decrease in operational expenses for repair of the device.
