SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for stabilizing a pressure drop between a seal oil and a gas in a system for sealing centrifugal blowers of gas pumping units. Method for stabilizing the pressure drop in the gas-compressor unit sealing system is realized by means of a device arranged in the form of a vertically disposed hydraulic cylinder comprising a housing, the top cover, the bottom cover, the piston with an oil seal, one gas seal and a guide tape, the top and bottom covers of the hydraulic cylinder are fitted with fittings. Method comprises the steps of: moving a piston from an upper position to a lower position under the influence of a gas pressure in an emergency drop in the pressure drop between the seal oil and the gas, displacing the oil seal into the oil collector seal of the gas compressor unit, connect the emergency power source, with the gas pressure provided using the control regulator.

EFFECT: prevention of negative impact on the components of the sealing system of the centrifugal blower of the gas pumping unit.
