SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of detecting anomalies of a terminal device. Receiving, by packet data network gateway (PGW), start-up information of abnormal event of terminal device, wherein the abnormal event start-up information comprises at least one of the following: an abnormal event triggering condition or an abnormal event triggering configuration information. PGW gateway is determined in accordance with information on start of abnormal event that anomaly occurs in terminal device. PGW gate is sent information about anomaly of terminal device to network node, wherein network node is node with function (PCRF) of policy and charging rules or node with function (AF) of application. At the step of obtaining, by the PGW gateway, information on the start of the abnormal event of the terminal device, the PGW gateway receives information on the start of the abnormal event from the network node.

EFFECT: high rate of detecting abnormal event of a terminal device.
