SUBSTANCE: retaining loop-like element (A) has back lumbar part (A1) which is provided with rear opening (A5) and rear fastening section (A6), and front part (A3) which is equipped with front opening (A11) and front fastening section (A12). Front part (A3) is provided on the lower part of its left and right sides with side fastening section (A31) and glue (A 10) that prevents sliding. Absorbent product (1, 2, 2', 3, 4, 5, 6', 7) is provided above its rear end (10a, 30a) with left and right rear tension sections (14, 24, 34, 44) placed in rear opening (A5) and fastened (from opposite sides) rear fastening section (A6) and front tension section (16, 26, 36, 46) located above front end for pulling through front opening (A11) and fastening with front fastening section (A12).

EFFECT: material saving clothing is disclosed, including repeatedly used universal retaining loop-shaped element (A) for interchangeable absorbent products.
