SUBSTANCE: device (1) for storing information is disclosed, comprising: first communication module (11), configured to communicate with electronic device (17) over predetermined communication network (16); second communication module (12), configured to provide private communication network (18); storage module (13), configured to store an access password and login information, which is intended to access said second communication module (12) over private communication network (18), said storage module (13) including secret area (131) for storage; and processing module (15) electrically connected with said first communication module (11), said second communication module (12) and said storage module (13), configured to, in response to receiving input password data from electronic device (17) through said first communication module (11) over given communication network (16), get user password input based on password input data and determine whether user password input matches access password, when determining that user password input matches password access, generate verification code, get access to the login information stored in said storage module (13) and control said first communication module (11) to transmit a verification code and information for entering electronic device (17) through said first communication module (11) over given network (16) of communication, so that electronic device (17) communicatively connects said second communication module (12) via private communication network (18) based on the input information, in response to receiving the access code from electronic device (17) through said second communication module (12) over private communication network (18), to determine whether the access code matches the verification code, and when determining that the access code matches the verification code, allow electronic device (17) to access said storage area (131) of said storage module (13) through said second communication module (12) over private communication network (18).
