FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control transformers or variable inductances having a movable section in a magnetic circuit, in particular to throttles with adjustable inductance. Throttle with the controlled inductance contains an excitation winding, a magnetic conductor consisting of movable and fixed parts with non-magnetic gap between them, at that on the magnetic circuit fixed part the excitation winding is fixed, and the movable part of the magnetic conductor is placed on the axis installed in the fixed supports, wherein the gap between ends of the movable and fixed parts of the magnetic conductor is made with constant width and has the shape of a circle arc, the center of which coincides with the center of the above axis, and the throttle is additionally equipped with a bracket, which its central part is attached to the above fixed support, wherein adjusting and locking devices are arranged on both ends of bracket. One of them comprises screw secured in bracket by means of two nuts on both sides of bracket, wherein screw free end is pressed to side surface of moving part of magnetic conductor on one side.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using the invention consists in providing a constant value of inductance during operation of the throttle and simplification of the process of adjusting the value of the inductance of the throttle and fixing the position of the movable part of the magnetic conductor.
