FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for endoscopic laser hemostasis in patients with gastroduodenal bleeding. For this purpose, carry out laser photocoagulation of the source of bleeding with a laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, a power of 6–10 W, exposure 2–4 s. Before the laser exposure, photomodification of the bleeding source area with a 0.4 % indigo carmine dye solution is performed. If the source of bleeding is erosion or acute superficial gastroduodenal ulcers, then photomodification is performed by irrigating the source of bleeding with a 0.4 % indigo carmine dye solution, and laser photocoagulation is carried out without contact. If non-ventilating chronic gastroduodenal ulcers are the source of bleeding, then photomodification is performed by submucosal injection with a 0.4 % indigo carmine dye solution in the area of the bleeding source, and laser photophotocoagulation is exposed.
EFFECT: method provides a simplified implementation of laser endoscopic hemostasis while maintaining its efficiency and safety and the ability to avoid complications in the form of perforation of the source of bleeding - the wall of the stomach or duodenum.
