SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and in particular to methods for extracting oil from boreholes by creating a secondary pressure in a reservoir to displace oil and maintain reservoir pressure using a gas injected into the formation. Method involves the extraction of products from a gas well with an abnormally high pressure drilled to the Achimovsky oil horizon. Products are fed by means of cross-type Christmas tree to a gas treatment facility. Gas prepared in an inlet separator of the facility is injected into the reservoir through the Christmas tree of an injection well for a reservoir pressure maintenance system. Injection well is part of the same cluster as the well drilled in the Achimovsky oil horizon. At the same time, further preparation of the unclaimed part of the gas well production is carried out. To do this, the production is sent to a low-temperature separator and a heat exchanger. After that, the production enters a system of natural pressure gaslift of oilfield to maintain pressure in it.
