FIELD: data processing; simulators.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of training operational personnel of power equipment, as well as personnel performing repair and maintenance of process equipment. Preparation device is a distributed information-control training system. Device comprises a group of workstations for training of operational and nonoperative personnel, connected to corresponding inputs of appropriate network switches, several computers of various types, connected to system units. In addition, the device comprises interrupter and variator transmitter units, analyzer and corrector units, integrator units and tolerance limiter. Simulation results are transmitted from the simulation processing and switching module to the main network switch, then to the transmitter-interrupter unit, then they enter the variator. Results of the control object operation, collected by SCADA of control system, are transmitted to the transmitter-interrupter unit and transmitted to the analyzer input. Modified simulation results are transmitted from variator. Analysis results are supplied to the corrector and integrator units and are fed back to the corrector unit through a tolerance limiter. Corrector based on data at inputs outputs correcting pulses to model control unit.
