FIELD: education.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of training operational personnel of power equipment, as well as personnel performing repair and maintenance of process equipment, personnel performing adjustment and optimization of power equipment control system (APECS). Device for preparation of operational personnel of power equipment is a distributed information and control training system. System comprises a set of workstations for training personnel and computers of various types connected to system units. At the same time, the declared system contains a unit of a transmitter-breaker, a variator unit, an analyzer unit, a corrector unit, an integrator unit, a tolerance limiter unit, a unit for determining static characteristics of the controlled object, a unit for determining dynamic characteristics of the controlled object and a unit for optimizing settings.
EFFECT: increases the effectiveness of training.
