Program multi-sequencing method in the computer system consists in the fact that receiving the input data and application for their processing; generating the displaying functions; performing the application decomposition into the individual functions sequence; generating the function for the source data splitting into parts for one of plurality of the work processes operation; generating the function of plurality of the work processes results combination into the single intermediate knowledge models; generating the function for the final output knowledge model generation from the intermediate knowledge model; generating the main working process data receiving function; generating the main working process function; generating the workflow function; starting the main working process function execution; performing implementing application steps the individual functions sequence, starting with the first one, on plurality of work processes; combining the single intermediate knowledge models into the final output knowledge model and obtaining the final output knowledge model.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the solved tasks class expansion, including tasks that do not have the list-based homomorphism.
